Thank you for taking the time to visit this website. The 2010 Florida Legislative session has ended and both SB1276 and HB543 are officially dead! Thank you to everyone who helped to kill these anti-dog bills.
We have to keep vigilant and keep an eye out next year, to see if similar bad dog laws will be sponsored again. More than likely, the animal rights groups will try to get these types of legislation enacted in Florida again.
